Snapped!

We've had a few violent thunderstorms in these parts in the last day. So I check out my plants and one of them is snapped about an inch above the soil line and about an inch below the bottom leaves. How do I save this pepper if at all possible?

i fall on mine a lot as clumsy,, there are 2 options..

1, if not completly snapped in 2, i have thin bamboo stakes i use to stake my plants (as most in pots) and use 1 as a splint, 1st as im crying(due to breakage) i put plant back up and tape the break,, then use tape/string and tie the plant to the bamboo stake to hold firm.

if it goes downhill in a day or so, then
Option 2,,out comes the clonex and pots, and i cut the plant up and make 10 or so cuttings (which is a bonus sometimes)

good luck mate.
