It is Friday ... and as always that means that Slosh & Calais are back with another sauce review!  This week we try the Citrus Bhut Jolokia sauce from the Melbourne Hot Sauce company http://melbournehotsauce.com/
 
This little bottle had a hell of a nice and really rich flavour ... and actually had quite a bit of heat that hung around for quite a while after filming ... 
 
Everything we have tried from Melbourne Hot Sauce has been bloody awesome and definitely worth a buy .... Looking forward to trying more 8-)

Thanks man 8-) and I was pretty stoked with my avatar when the guy drew it for me .... At least he left the white out of my beard ;-)
