Hmmmm, I wonder

I do a lot of asain cooking and have tons of fish sauce.

Would fish sauce mixed with water work kinda like fish emultion on my plans?

Just a thought.
 
Something tells me to much salt. Truth be told though, I have no idea....I just looked at my bottle of tiger tiger brand and the second ingredient is salt

Catfish, now there's a junk fish if I ever tasted one. LOL if you cant tell. I'm trying to highjack Rymes thread and start a argument about what constitutes junk fish  :rofl:

no your absolutly right they are, i have cleaned and cooked many over the years, they have more bones than meat though but they do taste great!!
 
i love catfish!! but yeah there a scavenger but so yummy!! :drooling:
 
anyway the ground up fish idea will work
