Interesting article on organic vs non-organic foods

That article throws together a wide variety of food quality issues.  Heavy metal and pesticide residue are two entirely different animals, having little or nothing to do with one another.  And the higher anti-oxidant content might simply be a result of faster time-to-market delivery.
 
What is the working definition of 'organic?'
