Hey guys need help figuring out this...

My back yard is has a nice little forrested area behind it..  The only thing is all the vegitation is dying fast and is spreading everywhere...  Here are some pics.  Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, wasnt forsure...  Just wondering if anyone has seen this before.. If this is fungus or something else...  I started noticing about a month ago that the leaves on my pepper plants had spots on them.. Really havnt had any problems since, just every now and again there will be a leaf that will have to be plucked off cause its spotted yellow and such.
 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Possibly flea beetle damage?!

Looks like at least two culprits, an insect of some sort for the holes and a fungus for the browning leaves. Has anything been sprayed there?
Has it been very hot?

Nothing has been sprayed since spring (did scott's lawn fungus control and a fertilizer insect control) and its been very mild this year.. Not very hot at all, mostly in the low 80's (last year it was over 100 for a month strait) Has been kinda humid but nothing like the last few years..  Was super super wet this spring. Flooding for weeks. But after that not that much rain at all..  Also there hasnt been much for bugs this year either.. Most the time we have to spray the house for earwigs and spiders 3 or 4 times... We did just once this spring and havnt seen hardly any spiders or earwigs..  I see afew every now and again outside, most the time its crawling with bugs lol. There is a creek just right behind that area, its mostly dry, it only fills up for a day or 2 after it rains. Its been dry all summer mostly from what I recall..

The holes is definetly some sort of insect and the other looks like a fungus to me...how is the humidity? Does that area get much sun?

I've seen problems like this before.  The pine tree is also showing the same exact signs as the plants around it.  When Pine needles turn yellow and die off, you have a serious problem at the root system.  It is time to take serious action and dig around the roots looking for anything that is salting your soil.  As the acidic pine needles drop into the soil, they acidify the soil to unmanaged-ably high levels.  The holes are from the deterioration of the leaves to the point of where they start to rot.  The browning is starting at the tips of the pine needles.  This die off indicates severe deficiencies in water and nutrients.  I'd have to dig out my books for a bit more accuracy, but if not stopped soon, the tree will die.  The other holes in the green leafy growth is probably some small snails, or even grasshoppers, or small inchworms, but that's not what is causing the die off.  I hope you get it sorted.  Looks pretty serious for the pine.

Yeah I think I would be calling your County Extension Agent or at the least a local arborist.
