prickly pear sauce

My wife and I went and foraged for some wild prickly pears a couple months ago. We made a couple quarts of prickly pear "syrup". It was a pretty simple method of an initial blend, strain and reduction. I added one scorpion to a pint of the syrup.
Its tasty and hot.
Im sure theres better methods but it was our first time picking and using prickly pear.
We'll do it again as its quite tasty. I havent tried it drizzled over a margarita yet but plan to one of these days.

Hope I get this right, trying to do this from my phone.
Heres a pic of some hot prickly pear syrup we made.

Looks like it worked. The woozy bottles contain a very basic super chili hotsauce made from ferment.
