The problem with my past reviews was that when I was alone, I always reached for the milk almost instantly, then ran away form the camera for a few minutes. My "Support Crew" threatened to follow me around if I ran away which gave me incentive to stay put. I'm going to try and review some hotter peppers by myself, but will not post any reviews unless I follow 2 rules:

1 - No relief form the pain for 5 minutes.

2 - I keep focused on the camera for the first 5 minutes.
