Yah it is a good tasting pepper one of the few that I try and grow each year for the rest of my family.
It keeps its flavor even when dried for powder or cooked in various dishes.
Thanks for watching! I will be growing these next year.

I just tried this one and my opinion is that it tastes very similar to the MOA Scotch Bonnet, except without the heat. This one would be nice when you want that Scotch Bonnet flavor to really permeate in your dish, but you know that if you add the amount of Scotch Bonnets needed for that it would be too much. At least for most folks. Very nice pepper, and very handy in the kitchen. In my opinion, not a pepper to pick and eat in the garden, but excellent in cooking. If you sell or make a Scotch bonnet sauce, this is the pepper that can finally create a sauce for that person who asks: "Do you have a milder sauce?" You could use this to really cut the heat, and yet have the strong Scotch Bonnet flavor.
