Nagaquin F4

The F4-generation of Naga Morich (c. chinense) x Pequin da Ischia (c. annuum) - this year one of the 10 plants grown is clearly ahead of the others and among the very earliest I grew from seed this year. When it comes to pod shape, uniformity is beginning to kick in. This is the first ripening plant and will probably be chosen as seed donor for future growing - depends on its ability to dry its pods on plant without rottening plus flavour/aroma compared to the other F4-plants. Will post the other plants as they ripen...

Everyone appreciates a detailed, inquisitive reply

I do like hearing about your breeding technique.

This is an update to the thread, today I compared the Nagaquin F4 Selection to another F4-plant and an Orange Blob. They all had a good amount of fruity chinense-typical aromas, the Nagaquin seems to be hotter than the Orange Blob.
First photo is of the selected F4...

This is the selection (to the right) compared to another F4 and Orange Blob.
