2 of my plants in dire need of help.

Hey, guys two of my plants outside are in dire need of help. They had a dinky sunburn which I could live with, now further down the road this. I found my plants yesterday looking really shabby, and today they look worse. The fresh leaves are wilting and turning yellow. Not only this, but it seems like on some parts of the leaf it's getting soft and squishy. Almost like boiled spinach!:( I checked for bugs everywhere and I couldn't find a single aphid or other type of bug. I was wondering if it's some type of deficiency, or if it's got a virus, or fungus type disease. They seem good enough to where they may pop back, but I have a feeling I need to find out the diagnosis pretty quickly. Here's a couple pics. They are cell phone pics I apologize, but it's all I've got. You can't really see the new leaves wilting, and curling up as they come out, but they are. Hopefully someone here can help. You guys sure seem more knowledgable then I.

Looks like a mold, is that one leaf showing some black on it (second pic, north most leaf)?
Yeah, it's darker, but not powdery like a mold. It's actually where the leaf is darker. That plant is my 7 pot and it's actually doing the worse. So if it is a mold/fungus problem what kind of treatment do you guys think I should do?

mush spots are usually a fungus. Google Mycostop.

I'll do that one cheezydemon. Thanks.:)
Ok cheezy I checked that out. I also found a link through there on diseases and I'm wondering if it's Verticullian Wilt. Maybe my leaves weren't sunburnt. (Thought I hardened them off good.) The syptoms are the bottom leaves turning white first. At the tips, then turning a tannish color. Later on you get wilting. That's exactly what's going on with my plants. I'm going to go look for that Mycostop and add it. Hope it's not to late.

I had to order it online. It won't exactly cure infected plants, but mine recovered almost 100% last year.

It is better to treat with it before the wilt invades. I will use it every year! Make sure to use a mask and gloves.

Odd suspect...........I took my plants into a greenhouse and the lady asked the head expert guy up there. She was thinking overwatering, fungus, sunburn, ect. He came up asked a few questions. Looked at the roots and guess what the culprit was? My plant was starving...low and behold a simple deficiency. He gave me a plant food good for peppers, gave me a mixture. Told me to move it into a little smaller pot for now, and said feed it every two weeks for now and water only when the soil is dry. (That's what I've been doing, but with all of the rain it may have been a bit much:lol:. I hope he's right. I'll be waiting patiently.

Also, I'm going to order that stuff anyway as well just in case and it won't hurt to pre-treat my plants for fungus. Thanks Cheezy.:)
