That looks great.

I did one similar with soaking seeds in tequila this yr, man those things can soak it up. Didn't use any of the dark/black seeds though and left peppers sliced up fairly thick. It is going quick.

Thanks. I run them through a food processor before cooking . . . to whatever consistency that you like. black, brown, and yellow seeds.

I have just recently found a love for mustard! I always hated it growing up and preferred ketchup on everything. Now I won't even touch ketchup for some reason. I guess taste buds change as you get older??? That looks amazing!!!
