I finally received my permit from the state of Florida to bottle and sell hot sauce! It's been a long and exhaustive road but now i can start to reap the rewards. I want to thank THP and its members for all the info that they shared about growing peppers, making hot sauce, and definitely the food business side of things. Thank you all and wish me luck.

I know the feeling man. Awesome! Glad you stayed the course. Now be prepared to learn some costly lessons and be prepared to say the same things over and over at shows
