smoking Home made Barbecue sauce-How long is it good?

I make all my own rubs and barbecue sauce nowadays and I've got 3 different kinds in the fridge that been there for 3 or 4 months never thought about if it goes bad until I started making hot sauce.. It all looks great tastes great and just about all the ingredients can be left on a counter forever . Here's the base ingredients to my Memphis sauce( Not giving up my secrets lol).

Ingredients:

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon mild chili powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne (optional)

Should be good for a long time in the fridge right?

Most definitely :)

should be okay, there's a good ratio of acidic ingredients to butter/onion/garlic.

^^^ LMAO^^^^ @ joyner's~~~~

and on the second thought, there's no way I could offer an opinion without tasting the product.  NudgeNudgeWinkWink...
