I may have asked this before, but, a forum search turned up nothing.  Can anyone give me details about this pepper plant?  Origin?  I think it's a frutescen. 
 
Not sure if will get seeds, they say "The National Plant Germplasm System provides germplasm to support research and education objectives. Due to the intensive effort and resources required to ensure availability of germplasm for this purpose, we are unable to distribute it for home gardening or other purposes that can utilize readily available commercial cultivars. "

My least favorite C.frutescens. Big plant and prolific,but not a good taste and the 99% seed. everything is worth growing atleast once though. ;)

They have gotten a lot stricter in recent years. I'd be surprised if you did.

I don't need. Probably Roguejim would like to have them (in fact, my 2015 grow list is finished, but say to nobody! is a secret! or I just lie myself...(about to be finished, not about tobe secret!)).
