Hello I've just joined and I'm looking forward to posting and especially reading all kinds of topics related to Hot Peppers. I plant many kinds of hot peppers started from seeds and love making foods using them, especially hot sauce, salsa, chili and various canning recipes.
I've just started to try bottling my hot sauce for short and long term storage so I can give them to friends. Yes, I use a Milwaukee PH56 for testing. I hope to share my experiences and get help from those who know far more then I when it comes to The Hot Pepper!
