tried my first aji today

and i was pleasantly surprised, it was an aji pineapple and man was it tasty!!! it had a tiny bit of light green towards the top but was mostly ripe and i just couldn't resist. It was slightly sweet but no joke it had a sour tone to it...like zesty sour. I don't know if it was because of the little bit of green or if it was supposed to be an ahi lemon but it was so tangy in such a good way. My new fav!!

I already do, my friend! If dried is sooo good, I imagine a fresh one is even better!
YOU CAN BET YOUR LIFE ON IT MY FRIEND

eat one fresh and you will see, i chopped a few up after i took out the seeds and placenta then i put them on some hot dogs fresh(uncooked) and man thats good!! , i also tried them cooked with some onion in Perogies Russkie and wow that was yummy!! :drooling:
for the most part cooking them destroys the delicate flavor you only get when there fresh, however they are still wonderfull just the same

there also wonderful fresh on hamburgers and cheese burgers :drooling:
i think you will find that there very usefull and i dont think there that hot

hope this helps

thanks your friend Joe

it had good heat, really warm sensation throughout my body. i have hundreds of pods that are just about to ripen.....    :halo:
