Thanks.  I'll check into that.  I usually don't trust ebay for plants and seeds.

Ebay is certainly hit and miss at the best of times that is for sure, though I have had great success buying tomato seeds from there and have done so for about 10 years or so with very little problems. However, I did not have the same luck with buying my pepper seeds last year with all 3 types not being what I had thought they were going to be. I did buy some carn plants about 2 years ago and grew several plants which did pretty well until we went away on vacation and they were drowned by the person watching the house for us.

Buying from the Asian sellers can be risky but sometimes if you go the bidding route can buy alot of seeds for .25 to.30 cents for packs of seeds, so for very little money it is sometimes worth the risk ( to me anyways). If your looking for better odds stick to the European and North American sellers it would certainly give the buyer a better chance at buying truer seeds.

Well, I'm not actually looking for seeds of CPs. I'm too old to wait that long to get a mature plant, so I'll buy plants, if I can figure out who to get them from.  So far, it seems the best bet is a place in Germany.

Im still trying to find Sun Dew plants, very leary on ordering on line in their survival rates. Well since the temperature has now dropped I dought anything will survive the post.

Can anyone tell me what soil to use to transplant my Venus Fly Traps? They're tiny and are currently in the pot they came in and those pots are inserted into 6 oz yogurt containers. They need to go in bigger pots but I'm not sure if I should use Peat Moss or what exactly. I also need to divide one, it looks like two are growing together in the same little pot. Anything I should know about dividing them?

Thanks for your help and advice.

1.) What soil should I use?
2.) Any tricks to dividing them?
3.) How big of a pot should I put them in? (from a 6 oz. yogurt container)
4.) Should I add some fertilizer? If so, how much of what kind?

Thanks again!
