is there a hot sauce bible?

i have this book, the bbq bible, that details a bunch of different types of bbq sauce, talking about the origins of different types of sauce, has a few basic recipes for each style etc.. im looking for the same info but for hot sauces-
it would be nice to have one source that says louisiana hot sauce is fermented with this and sometimes that...sriracha is this, chipotle is this etc.. just wanting to learn about different sauce types, common ingredients used and what determines how its processed. im hungry for info lol

bam! it came today!

Got mine a couple of days ago too... Looks like it has some good recipes in there! I'm definitely going to try a couple when I get enough ripe tabascos. I have hundreds on the plant, but only get a couple ripe at a time. Freeze and wait... sigh

i bought this book earlier this year it does have some great recipes.  I am having the same problem with my tobascos.
