Peppermania/Beth Boyd

Beth was my favorite pepper seed supplier.

She was a wonderful person and I will sincerely miss her.

R.I.P.

Very sad to hear..sincere condolences. May her family and friends be comforted at this time and may their grief be transformed into smiles and laughter - like a seed planted in their hearts and minds blossoming into a fruitful fragrant flower - when they bring to mind all the times past of joyous occasions and times spent together. May she R.I.P.

She was such a cool, sweet, funny lady. The chile head community has so much to thank Beth for—Probably a third of the plants I have growing in my garden right now are wonderful, obscure varieties from seeds she brought back from Oaxaca and Brazil. She was also a very wise and experienced grower—I learned a ton about growing chiles from the Aji Queen.
God bless you Beth! I will always grow your chiles!

i never met Beth but have her hand written thank you note for purchasing peppers in 2011 and a few back and forth emails on that order. my purchase was seamless and instant, it was a pleasure doing both direct business and indirect business with her, indirectly because i use to use her website all the time for reference.

anyone that purchased from Beth always got her mystery pack, the first year after purchase i didn't use them but have every year since. this year mystery turned out to be chimayo/guajillo and yellow jamaican scotch bonnet - can't wait for next years mystery grow. i did save her 2012 growlist file so i can use it for reference as i continue to grow her mystery pack.

i will miss her and her contribution.

Until after the Autopsy, I don't think there is any new details.

Beth's Father found her in her house on the 14th.

I was told it might be 30 days until the Autopsy results are released or whatever.
