I want to make Blairs pure death (4 ingredients)but how?

Ok so habaneros, Bhut Jolkia, Hawaiian red salt, distilled vinegar. So those are the ingredients. Now how do.we combine them to make that fresh red goodness that makes me drain a bottle a week. Some times two days?

Blair's website lists it as "Orange Habanero Chili Pods, Jolokia Chili Pods, Vinegar, and Baked Hawaiian Red Salt," so that should be in order of most to least. You'd need enough vinegar to provide liquidity and get the right Ph (at least <4.6), and add the salt to taste. I haven't had this one but imagine it's milled fairly smooth. I'd blend pods with some vinegar, cook, taste & tinker (add vinegar, salt as needed), mill, cook again, tinker again, etc... bottle.

It's basically this ... but you know the order by weight.

Might just be a small thing but Blairs uses Naga Jolokia not Bhut. I never tasted a Naga before so can't make a comparison.
Oh and that Hawaiian red salt is red from the volcanic clay from very specific locations that is mixed in with sea water as it dries. It adds a earthy (go figure) flavor to the salt, very nice.
If you looking to buy the real stuff it's called Alaea Salt.

I have all the ingredients but the peppers and I'm working on those right now. I'm just want to make some sauce that captures the pepper flavor like Blairs does. Blairs pure death could be a little hotter as well. I'm growing some black nagas and some white ghosts. I'm going to check the PH of Blair's sauce cause I just don't get how you can't taste the vinegar and that's what I love so much about it.
I'm going to have some Blair's right now on cheddar cheese with a little HP sauce as well!!!!
