For those of you in the northern hemisphere who have taken ill, and there are quite a few of you from my communication, get well soon !
 
If whatever bugs you have come down with don't go away, threaten them with even hotter chilli than you normally have

Nope - people just suffering from cold/flu all over the place at the same time. Change of season will indeed do that.
 
What's up with your weather? Couldn't be worse than down here - temps from 5 to 39 deg C and wind storms up to 110 kph fairly frequently.

I was thinking you are living on the Moon - but I see your location is Australia
 
No cold/flu here. But all the things outside (the sky color, the wind, the temps, the feeling, the kind of coldness) tells me first froze is across the street... I would say the snow will fall, but don't think so.
