Take a little break, the biz can be insane. Fulfill your orders, close shop, go on vacation or staycation and concentrate on you... then in a couple weeks, open back up. See how it works out. 
 
I know for a fact you are a lot tuffer than this Garret. Take Boss's advice, relax shut down for a while. Then when you come back decide on a schedule and production amount that wont drive you crazy and stick to it. Don't give up on your passion just cause it got overwelming. Adjust and overcome. On my honor I wont buy your sale sauce but I will buy at least a couple bottles for full price when you return from your hiatus.

No don't do it Pex from brother to brother don't leave us like that? You are a senior member of our community and make the most incredible products including honey and hot sauce.  Either way I just way to say I love you brother and very glad to meet you and hope to someday meet you again.  Many have gone and come back including me and I wish you health problems better but know none of us get out of here alive.  Hope you change your mind, but in another time forgotten space, may the four wind blow you safely home.
 
Just come out to Cali, Better weather for growing ;) All I can really say is So what you need to and take care of yourself no one else will. LOL  Don't let things get you down Nothing is forever and this too shall Pass. 
 
Take a break if you need to, Garrett.  It's all good, shit happens with real life and you have to set priorities.  I'm kind of in the same boat in that I'm so far behind on everything yesterday's weather is at the end of my 5-day forecast. 
 
Sabbatical, Hiatus, vacation...call it what you want.  Just put the biz on hold, you can still come hang out with your crazyass chilehead friends~
