hot roasted pumpkin seeds

So today the family carved pumpkins and there was a bunch of left over seeds. I had the idea to marinate the seeds in hot sauce then put them in a bag of spices. I roasted them and they tasted amazing. Just wondering if any one else has tried this.

heres my recipe if anyone wants it 1 1/3 cup washed seeds put them in a large zip lock bag with 2 tablespoons of Tabasco sauce , 1 tsp of black pepper 2 table spoons of garlic salt 1 tsp of red pepper flakes shake the bag up till evenly coated , then place them in one layer on a greased backing sheet and roast for 15 minutes at 350 degrees and they will be a light golden color when done.

I was going to try roasting some seeds this year, didn't even consider the idea of adding any hot sauce.. Thanks for posting this!
