But there is lots more at Winco only 12.98 a 30 pack. Nice laugh to get sittin in a motel room this evening with a Keystone  .

I have several sets of plates, but it's pretty funny that I have the same ones as YOU!

I also have a set of Corele just like JayT's......;)

My "good dishes" are the square red plates you've seen, I'm sure....but I don't use them very often because they're glazed ceramic and very prone to chipping. (and with two 13 year olds doing the dishes....it does happen!) My china is gloss white with 24kt. gold trim around the edges....it's a very common pattern, but I like simple and elegant.

That's funny, our everyday is white corele. Got an 8 place setting of Spode china that has been used once, we obviously don't go fancy too often. Guess we better get off dishes before THP spanks us for being off topic.

99 cents at the outlet mall ... who doesn't have them?

However, I dumped the Corelle years ago. Got some white stoneware with a floral pattern around the outside, but am going to send them with my son when he moves out. Going for SCREAMING COLOR nowadays - food just looks better on it. Nice brown wings with BBQ sauce on a yellow plate.... is that at least close to being back on topic?

Will be firing up a batch of wings this weekend at our tailgate parties at the Illinois/Ohio State game. Planning to make a BBQ based sauce using one of the purees that I got from Alabama Jack as a featured ingrediant - should give it a nice kick. Will grill the wings Friday night and take them down to reheat on the grill on Saturday. I'll take some pictures if I remember.

Oh bummer...

I like my wings deep fried and partially (to get some crispy parts) covered with meh Bhut Jolokia - Scorpion *thin* sauce. BBQ-style sauce is good, but them wings like it peppery. ;)

Still haven't tried Defcon's sauces, cause they contain dairy... but I'm sure they'll be killer. :)

I usually do 10 pounds in each fryer at a time. With the above setup, we were able to put out about 400 pounds of wings in an afternoon. For large quantities, the turkey fryer is the way to go. Also, I use only canola oil, preferring to accentuate the wing sauce, as canola oil doesn't add any flavor to the wing.

Its a good day today. Chiles smoking on the right - wings grilling on the left. I'm running out of time and will be using some previously made mango/peach/habanero sauce instead of the bbq based wing sauce that I mentioned above. Will post some more pictures after the tailgate.
