Interesting Apple Tree

Cool project. That tree must be maxed out with grafts. Owner says he only gets "a few of each variety of apple each year."

Grafted my apple tree this spring, I hope next year will have 2 different varieties :)
Will not spend my 24 years grafting my apple tree, but still thinking to graft a variety of pear on it.

Anybody grafting peppers? Imagine, to grow on the same plant many many varieties :)

I've seen it all. I'm surprised he's not propagating them in wine bottles. Funny sight driving down the road seeing entire orchard's trees with a million wine bottles propped up around them. But I live in WA so....

One of the guys that works for the local orchard gives me the skinny on where to find the cool grafts on their trees.  I get to eat some really unique apples that most people just walk past.

This sounds interesting but grafting takes time and I haven't seen a pepper plant last more than 4 years. Still......might be cool to have all the different colored habaneros on a single plant.

A Friend of mine has an Orchard and did the exact same thing. He grafted Apples and Pears on one tree, all though he only has approx 8-12 varieties on one plant. It's very fun to see. It was a project to teach people how to graft.
