Hi Guys!

Some friends and I started a hot sauce company and the forums have been a great help. But now that we're getting pretty serious I thought this lurker should become an active member!

Our kickstarter is here. We've surpassed our goal and now we're trying to get things ready for production!!!!!!!
Definitely a daunting task getting everything together for this first production run, but it's a fun and exciting experience!!

We will most definitely be asking a lot of questions, so I apologize in advance!! :D
 
 
Oh yes. We're based out in California, and our base is actually the Korean pepper paste, gochujang.

Glad to see you over here from reddit, and big congrats on surpassing the  kickstarter goal, your sauce must be great..(those first ones who got the samples must agree!)- have seen many hot sauce kickstarter campaigns utterly fail, or just get shy of the goal.
