Im a brand new grower, working on my first plant now after i discovered the ghost pepper, which got me interested in the "hot pepper culture". Im an aspiring chef that is getting into south Asian cuisine ( Thai, Indian) so im starting to get used to spicy foods. To be honest, im not a big heat guy, but i do love the flavors of the "Super hots". I should have no problem growing here in the sub tropics, im not sure if I going to get into growing, as originally I just planned on growing this one plant. But after i discovered all the different varieties of hot and rare peppers, its hard to resist the temptation. Im also about to move into an apartment, so i wont have much room to keep plants. I do want to try growing some chocolate habaneros though.
