Progress Report before Trip.

Well I figured I would do 1 more progress report
before I go up north for 4 and a 1/2 days(leave Sat Morning
come home Wed afternoon).I finally have some flowers and buds to show woohooo lol Again I probably wouldnt have done this well
without all of your great advice the last few months.

all of the plants now have buds or flowers (except
the younglings still in cups which will be transplanted
as soon as I get home).

Had some great fish yesterday, I think they're called Sea Bream in English... not really sure.

That looks alot like a Hexagenia Limbata (Giant Michigan Mayfly).
Thats what I will be targeting up north,hopefully they will be
hatching.Huge fly Night time hatch brings out the big brown trout.Fun but kinda spooky stanting in a river in pitch black
casting to sounds rather than sight with bats zipping past your head and all kinds of critters on the banks. FUN!!! :lol:

While I do like and eat fish,I cant keep any as some of the sections of rivers I like to fish is catch and release only
so I will be fishless :(:lol:

We call it a hexagenia here, too, but it's a lot like chile names, everybody calls it a pet name. I was fishing near daybreak when I took this. Caught a bunch of small-mouth on a deer-hair imitation when they were hatching. Not many trout in the Suequehanna.....some, not many.
