I'm a long time lurker here, but figured it was time to finally become a legitimate member and say hello. I have been a hobby grower / sauce maker for years and am trying my hand at becoming a professional sauce maker by bringing three new "Smoked Pepper Sauces" to the market under the Paulman Acre banner. We currently have a Kickstarter campaign running through the end of the month and I just submitted my registration for the 2014 Hot Pepper awards.
This is a great community and has been very helpful for me over the years. I'm pleased to officially join the fray and I look forward to chatting with you all in the coming weeks and months.
