By either name I bet it's tasty but is this a case of GMO gone crazy and crossing a Cow and a Lamb or a natural occurring Bovine?
 

 
Actually it's just an ordinary cow that happens to be a "Show Cow". just like there are show dogs that get pampered, buffed and fluffed up so there apparently are cows that are also and this is what a cow looks like with plenty of Product and a good powerful blow dryer. I want to cuddle it, than eat it. This is disturbing. Never seen them fluffed up, here they trim them to accentuate muscles. Not sure with milkcows though.
