Just Another Hot Sauce - Part 2

Roasted hot sauce:
 
Before roasting:
assorted red pods (nice mix of supers and non-supers), garlic, and onion

Cooking down (with brown sugar, mustard powder, turmeric, cumin, and malt vinegar):

5 half-pint jars . . . this turned out to be one of my favorite sauces.

Heat comes on quickly (but not too extreme) and hangs around for a while.  I really dig on this one!

Is this a secret, old family recipe or can you
give a little more detail as to the 
quantity of each ingredient used in this "brew"?

That sounds like a good combination of ingredients, buddy.  I'll file that away to play with next season.  I really enjoyed making sauces this year.
