cooking 5 ferments done, cooked, and canned

I cooked up 5 of my ferments last night.  I have 3 more left.
 
Completely gassed the family with coughs.  I cooked it down outside then ran it through the mill, cooked again and canned inside.
 
The one on the right is a sriracha knock off.  the one on the left tastes like tobasco.  The ones in the middle are pretty good.  Hopefully you can see the ingredients on the labels.

Ahhh nothing makes the family run out of the house together faster then a chemical attack!! Haha haha
Oops !! I'm sure sorry honeys were passed along frequently :) been there brother !!! Wife shunned me!! Had a post about it lol but she's a major chili head so I got off easy :)
