I need a good pouring chili sauce recipe, same consistency as Tabasco but without the fermentation! I will need to store it so it would have to be suitable to water bath. Any ideas would be welcome.
i made a pretty simple sauce by taking habs and some fruit and veg of the same color in a blender on puree and cooked it off. it pours beautifully. put stuff you know tastes good together and than just season it to taste, bottle it, and bathe it.
