My local Yardhouse has few nitrogenated beers on tap. I forgot their names. The nitro makes lots of tiny bubbles as opposed to regular CO2. I found it tasted ok, and probably works better for certain beers.

I know I like the taste of the nitro-cans for things like Guinness, for instance ...
