Heh, Ghorpion Sauce

I made a small batch of sauce yesterday, 9 1/2 bottles.
I used some pods we grew this season that we had in our freezer.
The basics:
Ghost Peppers
Trinidad Scorpion Peppers
Tomatos
Papaya
Lemon Juice
Salt
And a few different powders

It has a nice flavor and a slow burn.

I made it yesterday and I gassed the house with it. I was just starting to hot-pack it when my wife walks in the door and immediatly started to cough, reminds me of an old saying, "cough and get off"...heck, I was a sneezin' from it. ;)
So we tried it on breakfast burritos this morning, yep, we like it, although Im kinda a messy eater so it got onto my face a bit, I sneezed after the first bite.
Its not an overly sweet or tangy sauce, the papaya and lemon juice compliment nicely.
Not too sweet, not too tangy, lotsa kick.

Very funny gased my wife today making pepper jelly, everyone in the house was sneezing and coughing my brother stopped by with my nephew they roared out of here coughing and sneezing lol OOPS!! Hahaha
Once again great job sauce sounds fantastic!! :)

Ha! Yeah, I got the "warning" that I need to advise "people" before they come home from work that the conditions in the house are noxious. I know she heard me sneezing and coughing before she walked in the door...whoopsie, I shoulda opened a few windows and doors and turned the fans on.

The tomato isnt at the forefront of the flavor profile, its pretty mellow as far as tomato flavor goes as well as the papaya is pretty mellow, its not a flavor that stands out.
