Clearly not a Bishops hat

This pod is on a plant that's grown from a pack of seeds that I bought as bishops hat.
I'm a bit pissed off cos I was looking forward to some interesting shaped pods.
Anyways I'm wondering if anyone recognises what this might be. It seems to have quite thin flesh.

Edited because I'm trying to work out how to insert an image with my new phone

do you have any pics of the leaves and flowers?  If it's a baccatum at all you'll easily be able to tell from the flowers.  Are they white or are they white with yellow markings?  The pod shape looks like an annuum to me, but it's hard to say and there are plenty of baccatums with that shape.  Is that the first pod on the plant?  sometimes the first pod, or several of the first pods will look different from what they're supposed to look.

The flowers have some yellow markings on them, and that is the biggest of the first 4 pods, all of them so far looking the same shape. I'll get some leaf shots tomorrow morn

holy fuck imageshack is horrible, won't let you open the full size image without downloading it. use imgur next time =]

if you say flowers have yellowish its some kind of bac, the rounded leaf shape looks like some of mine. maybe its an aji lemon or aji pineapple

Dam sorry about the huge image this time.
I'll be very happy if it's an aji lemon, I've seen a few people mention them and they sound great
Thanks for your answers.

well its granted its gona be a little disappointing to see what you thought was going to be something not be but always good to see something grow from a seed to a full grown plant

If you're still interested in a bishops crown, they are selling small plants at Masters hardware, i bought a couple a month or so ago.... at 4 or 5 bucks a pop cant go wrong

I'm hoping to get to masters and check out their seedlings soon. I also just on Sunday noticed that I do actually have a bishops hat in the garden. Only 1 out of the 4 turned out true
