Snack or light meal of fried meatballs.
Here is the recipe Basreng equipped with an easy way to make your own:

MATERIALS:

     Baso fresh beef
     chili powder
     Cooking Oil

   HERBS:

     essence of taste
     salt


How to make :

     Select meatballs with good quality, you can buy in the market
     Sliced meatballs in accordance with the round shape
     Dried and leave at room temperature for 2 days
     Fried with quality cooking oil until Basreng chapped and crisp
     After Basreng raised and still in a state of arrows sprinkle with herbs that have been prepared in order to stick. (seasoning can be of a mixed flavor and chili powder)
     Let stand about 1-2 hours at room temperature so crisp.

How to Make Meatballs beef :
Material bulb:

Add tapioca while stirring the mixture until blended. After wrapping, pour the ingredients into the bowl bulb.

I love sambals!!! Your translation is understandable, but don't change sambal to sauce, we know them as sambals also and this lets us know what it is. One of the many sambals. :)
 
Except the word powder is off. Maybe crushed, paste, or smooth. Though it doesn't look too smooth.
