That would be convenient. Looked a few years ago but could not justify the price.
That 500 is the best bang for the buck for a real roaster. I'm still happy with the results from my poppers. Once they burn out and or the quality of my roasts go downhill then I will pull the trigger on one.

Haven't found it locally, the HSM. My Guatemalan is still one of my faves, did a roast this morning of it.

For my money, I've never had better coffee than Black Rifle Coffee Company. Delicious stuff, plus they have really cool tees and mugs. My favorite is the Just Black (never knew coffee could be so tasty without cream or sugar before). Awesome product, awesome company.

My all time favorite commercially available was Millstone Colombian whole bean but its no longer sold. :( Sams used to sell big bags of it in whole beans that was just fantastic for the money.

Now i "suffer" by drinking Magnum Peruvian. A couple pounds of beans are around $11-$12 at Costco. I thought it was better then their Kona blend or Jamaican blend and it cost less.

I would be scared to open a bag of that coffee, a commando might pop out, double tap me and take my morning bagle.

Planet Bean Stellar espresso or Vincenzo's blend are my two favourite v60 pour over beans.  When I grind either my wife invariably complains about the kitchen smelling like a skunk.

But these are the good guys making the coffee... a seriously fine cup of coffee I might add. [emoji5]

You're hilarious Voodoo, but it's more like this...

Watch "Drink A Little More (Black Rifle Coffee On A Mission)" on YouTube

You gotta be careful with all those vet sites though, even the wounded warrior project had some issues with people stealing funds etc? I never really went in for the internet help a vet thing, if I see a vet on the streets, I throw him a a few bucks, and hand him my jacket.

All the same, a good video!

Haven't tried their coffee yet, but the "Coffee Can" gave me an idea I want to try with the Mil-Spec steel boxes.  Right there on the counter.. a green metal box, yellow letters..  "Coffee, Roasted, Whole Bean"
