Wild Game or Fish

If this exists the super search feature failed to direct me...
 
I would love everyone to post plates of food from something they caught or killed hunting.
 
 
First up....ugly plate but a southern classic, fried venison and onions...I like to put pepper powder in the breading.
 
Who says pan fried must be over cooked?

Puree a pear for red meat (bulgogi) marinade. Asian pear is best but bosc works fine too. The marinade you used is most often used for pork or chicken. Usually pork but i bet it would be killer on beef ribs too. I use something very similar on country style ribs and pork for stirfry. Main difference is i add mirin to the marinade.
