Wild Game or Fish

I would love everyone to post plates of food from something they caught or killed hunting.
 
 
First up....ugly plate but a southern classic, fried venison and onions...I like to put pepper powder in the breading.

Did a little duck hunting yesterday. Cold and rainy day. We ended up with a few birds. Here's some widgeon breasts. Good eatin'

Went to yuma arizona over the holiday weekend to do a little dove hunting. Was an amazing trip with a ton of birds flying. And best of all, my wife went with me for the first time ever. I plan to make some tacos with the meat. I'll post some pics of that tomorrow.

I've had em marinated that way too Ed.  I was told that it helps retain moisture and lessen the 'gaminess' of the meat.  Dove and quail are my favorite game birds.  Looks like a great weekend for you and the wife.  Top notch all around!  :)
