Mushrooms growing on my compost?

common lawn mushroom. the fairy ring one i bet.

but its impossible to say with certainty.

ive seen dogs eat a lot of shit, literally, but never a mushroom. but ill let the more experianced dog folks speak to that.

oh yea, the mushroom im thinking of, the lawn mushroom, or fairy ring mushroom is non toxic.

I consider myself a more experienced dog folk. Dogs will eat anything (except for insanely priced kidney/urinary friendly dietary dog chow).

Some examples;

Wasps
Socks
Meatballs
pingpongballs
Golfballs
Bouncyballs
Tennisballs (ground to bite sized chunks)
Rocks
Shit (human, horse, dog, cat, you name it)
Hedgehogs (or at least try to)
parts of remotes
Keyboards
electrical wire
Seaweed
life mouse
candy wrappers
used condoms
cigarette buds (and puke them out)

Oh yeah, and poisonous mushrooms leading to kidney failure, a 1600 euro vet bill and 115 euro p/20 kg dietary dog chow.. which she doesn't want to eat.

Put down some calcium, it usually gets rid of mushrooms.

condoms wtf?
Came out unexpected, must ' ve found it in the woods somewhere.

But Regarding your mushrooms, even they are not dangerous.. It means the conditions are right for them. I wouldn't take the chance anymore. All you need is some spores.
