Hi Coach,
 
I will be going away on Wednesday of next week and will be back on Sunday.  I was hoping to receive the train by Monday so I could send back Tuesday as I am ready with all my stuff.  It looks like the timing is not working out on this as I see the person before me has not received it yet or we at least don't have the info or tracking yet.  Is it possible that I can switch with the person after me? Or should we just continue as is, but I won't be able to send box back until the following Monday.

Plus you will get a discount I believe.  I always edit an old order from ebay and select to print an additional label.  I change the address and print it off.  That way I get the ebay discount as well, which is pretty substantial.

HI Coachspencerxc, I also loved all the excitement from Wicked Mikes train, it ran so smooth and would love to be part of this too.   I agree with you about having a connection here.  I have lots to add to this train that are not peppers. Another option for mailing is a bubble mailer $6.10  Priority Mail® Flat Rate Envelope Padded 12-1/2" x 9-1/2".  Holds so much more than the flat rate box and about the same price.   You have to order these online as they do not have them at the post office.  They are free and they ship them directly to your house.  Just a thought.

What Helvete gets it Friday, 3/6 or Saturday, 3/7 & mails it to tctenten Monday 3/9?
tctenten gets it Wednesday 3/11 & mails it to AdamStl by Friday 3/13?
AdamStl gets it Monday 3/15 & mails it to sdambr by Wednesday 3/17?
sdambr gets it Friday 3/19 & mails it to me by Monday 3/22?
I get it Wednesday 3/24 & mail it out for Round 2 Wednesday night? 
 
In this scenario, you have 2 days to get it out. I bet most of you can do it in one. I'm a bit obsessive about stuff & usually go through stuff the night I get it & make a midnight trip to the Post Office that night. I was hoping to get it back by about 3/15 because I'd like to start Round 2 as soon as possible so people get seeds they can use this season. 
 
Let me- and each other know if this switch works for everyone. Though the schedule I posted above is pretty realistic, optimistically, Helvete could get it today, mail it tomorrow, gets to the next person next Monday or Tuesday & then the 3rd person around next Thursday. That's why I didn't suggest moving sdambr just one position back since she won't be back until next Sunday.
 
Sorry for being long winded. Looks like the train is doing well & I'm really excited to see what's inside. Thanks for being part of it!

Yeah, at my closest PO, there's a machine that you can buy postage from & weigh packages on, along with priority mail envelopes & boxes sitting out. Then I just drop in the drop box (inside). I don't sleep much either. Average of 3-4 hours/night during the week & 10 hours/night on weekends. Looking for stuff to do late. :)

Helvete your mailbox is full. Pm me when you want my address.
 
I'm ok with the switch. Just make sure people will have their mailboxes emptied. Secondly, I will have the package sent out the same day. I have an idea what I want, so no need to dilly dally on my end. Thirdly, my seeds are already labeled and packaged, so I am ready to go.

Thanks so much Coach, I love thinkers! I am ready and am sending AdamStl my address.  I have been keeping an eye on this and calculating at every update, arrival 3/11-3/12 was the worst possible scenario, and so it happened. Whenever it gets here, I can usually get it out same day, as I also have the machine and drop box at my PO.
