Food Mill for processing salsa?

SIAP - I am looking for a tool to process tomatoes for salsa. I've seen a bunch of mentions of food mills being used for tomato sauce/juice but not much on salsa. I'd like to be able to have a slightly chunky salsa but not take hours to process all the tomatoes. Do anyone have any recommendations?

I'm going to use my food mill tomorrow to make salsa for the first time with it, normally i would blanch and peel the tomatoes then blend in the blender for canning salsa.  It should work out fine since i'm canning the salsa and it has to cook on the stove for some time anyway, i'm just looking for a faster way to get the skins off without blanching and ice bathing the tomatoes.

I love mine for salsa and mashed potatoes. You can blanch and peel the tomatoes first or just quarter them. Even with the largest hole plate it comes out like crushed tomatoes but I like that.

$26.99 and comes with 4 interchangeable plates for desired texture.

And... it's super easy to clean.
