We ask that you already spend a lot of time on the forum, this way you do not feel obligated. We also seek members that are not afraid to reprimand other members that may or may not be their friends, and are able to settle arguments etc. objectively, in private and/or publicly.
If you feel like you would like to contribute to this community by moving a few posts, settling a few arguments, etc., then this could be for you. Often times members see issues and want to be able to lend a hand.
Attention to detail and a personable demeanor are key.
