Returned to home i just wanted to waste some powder and some old kiwifruits.
The nice thing is that those kiwis are grown within a km from my home and that lemon is from a tree of mine.
Simply roughly cut kiwifruits, put all together and boil very slowly till liquid is consumed or nearly, stir often. Remove foam if it's too much. It took me about 1 hour.
Blend and cook for other 5 minutes:
Color is not that great but taste is spectacular:
Maybe i'll retry with wine, carnation cloves and honey too.
I wonder if with fresh peppers is better.

- 400g kiwifruits (weight after peeling)
- 180g sugar
- juice of half of a lemon
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tps fatalii powder
- 1/4 tps moruga red powder
