seeds Wilting Bhut Seedling

So my red and white bhuts are growing under my T5 light fixture on a small box for elevation on top of a heat pad. My seedlings looked great last night but are wilted today. I spray them with water about 8 sprays a day so I figure it's the light causing them to dry out. I soaked the soil and placed them farther from the light to get them perked back up. Is this the correct course of action?

What are they in....bark could be very acidic and also overhead watering with direct light can cause wilt. 

Looks overwatered. Does your soil dry out a good amount before watering? It looks like you could use more perlite in the mix which will allow the plants to breathe.
