Trust me, if I had a choice in the matter I would be looking at the specs and getting the best available. Just looking to make due for the time being.
 
I wouldn't buy cheapest when it comes to T5, I bought two cheap T5 fixtures last year and had nothing but problems with them.
 
Short version of the story:
 
First one I had to mail back as the ballast blew after a couple of days (I had to pay $$$ shipping charges).
 
Second one the ballast blew just outside of the three month warranty and now it sits gathering dust as it will cost almost as much to repair as it cost for the fixture in the first place.
 
You're better off buying T8s now and waiting until you can afford to upgrade.

i agree with chili noob i'd go with t8's  they'll work fine
