Unknown Eggs on underside of leaves

So, in checking my peppers today I came across a problem. There appears to be some sort of eggs on many of the newer leaves. I have included 3 pics, 1 from a standard camera and two through a scope. I apologize for the scope pictures but they are the best I could get from many attempts. When I look through the scope they look like very small cluster of eggs. I have looked and looked and can not find any adult insects yet. They must be there I just haven't found them. Any ID and methods to get rid of them would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help

Thanks for the info guys. I've been careful on the watering but did just pot these up so they must have gotten a bit too much water in the process. Letting them dry out now.
