Thanks again for all the birthday wishes! It was much appreciated. I just got back, in fact, from a local place called Leftover's Cafe that makes this pasta bowl called Indoroni, which is a localized version of macaroni & cheese that has a cheese sauce with a good helping of sriracha, as well as fried garlic, diced chicken and onions, which is all so thick, it verges on being considered a soup.
 
They do it up with a random pasta each day, and the only way you know which pasta it is, is to go onto their Facebook page and see their lunch menu, which is also completely randomized with different things each day, on top of their usual fare.
