Hello!

Hi all - I'm Gene, from the Pacific Northwest, and just wanted to introduce myself.
 
I've been raised around spicy foods and have developed a love over my lifetime for peppers and how they can accent food/drink.  Recently I was thinking and wondering if I love condiments so much, especially hot sauces, how hard really, would it be to make my own, that suits my taste?
 
So here I am.  I have some pepper plants (various ones) growing in my house right now, waiting to be transferred outdoors, and have been experimenting with store-bought habaneros over the last couple of months, and have discovered a whole new world of possibilities.
 
Anyhow, I just wanted to say hi, and I hope to make some friends and share some experiences.
